I won’t do too much commentary today because I am pretty tired after 200 miles in three days. There was a very strong headwind today and the terrain was a bit more hilly than I thought, including an extreme final climb of the day. I was also anxious to get to my host because I didn’t wanna impose on them as this is her bridal shower day. I had an awesome Time with the family. They were really nice and generous people. The food was good and it felt to Great to be around people after a long hard day on the road. Thanks so much Jena and Company!
My amazing hosts from last night. What a great time and enchanting space. Food was excellent, too!

Oh deer! I saw lots of deer looking at me. I even saw a baby one with spots on its back amble across the road
the mighty Hudson. Named after one of my ancestors, so I have been told. Speaking of ancestors, Ingolsby, as seen below is a family name of a relation that lived in Shrewsbury , ma before moving to upstate New York. I am sure this guy is related. My sister Trina would know .

Dogs at fun bridal shower after party for my host tonight. Very fun!
